Founder and Chairman
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan has over 30 years of Industry experience including 25 years as CEO for Aptech & Zensar Technologies. His expertise areas are Manufacturing, Information Technology Franchising and Education. He is a PhD from IIT-Bombay and an alumnus of NITIE and Harvard Business School.
He has led Innovation and Knowledge Management Initiative nationally for CII and NASSCOM and has been Chairman of NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation. Case studies on Ganesh and Zensar have been developed and taught at the Harvard Business School.

Dr. Uma Ganesh is an expert in Skills, Education and national and international franchising. Her leadership roles have been at NIIT, APTECH, Zee Education and HSBC Global Resourcing. She is an MBA and PhD from IIT Bombay.
Uma has held leadership responsibilities for various forums at MHRD Network, Bombay Management Association, CII and Indian Women’s Network. She writes a regular column in the Financial Express on the subjects of Skills, Digital and Economy.

Doug has been a financial and economic consultant since 1981. For the past 19 years, he has assisted both public and private firms in all phases of business start-up and growth including feasibility studies, business-plan preparation, equity funding, debt funding, private placements structuring, and initial public offerings. A member of the Board of Directors of several client companies, he is also the founder of Economic Analysis Group based out of Washington, DC. Doug was formerly an executive of Hambro Resource Development Incorporated, an affiliate of Hambros Bank of London, UK. He has BA in Economics, and an MBA and MA in International Relations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Suresh Mahalingam has been a dynamic catalyst of change for over thirty years in corporate India. He has extensive experience at senior leadership roles in BFSI & FMCG sectors. He was formerly MD & CEO of TATA AIA Life Insurance Company, General Manager HDFC Life and Business Head, ITC. He has performed in a number of key roles, including being a Board member in Aadhar Housing Finance, Financial Planning Standards Board India, Avanse Financial Services Limited, Pramerica Life Insurance, Navi General Insurance and PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited.
Currently, Suresh is an Independent Director in Aviva India and Principal Asset Management. He is also an advisor to several emerging organisations and is a keynote speaker on multiple platforms.

Currently, he is President and Chief Operating Officer of Quinnox. He is a born leader who knows how to drive a business even in extreme market conditions. Not only this, he is an expert in cost management and finding sustainable savings. His indefatigable energy ensures management to meet the desired goals in the set time.

She was one of the founding members of Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG), a think tank that worked directly with the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi for his campaign for the 2014 Indian General Elections. CAG was hailed as “a paradigm shift” in election campaigning in India by the media. At CAG, she was involved in conceptualizing, managing and executing key projects like Chai Pe Charcha, Volunteer activation at a pan-India level, Public Fundraising and other such initiatives

Ketul Chauhan is an MBA alumnus from IIM Calcutta and a Mechanical Engineer from SVNIT Surat. He has been active in the Consulting sector for 5 years across various industries such as Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Heavy Engineering and IT with giant MNCs like Microsoft, Daimler, Royal Enfield and Ola during his time at PwC, Jaguar Land Rover and Dassault Systèmes while at Tata Technologies, Mahindra Automotive & Farm Sector, Larsen & Toubro, and Bosch. He is proficient in Digital Strategy Consulting across business domains such as Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management along with hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management and Customer Relationship Management.
