Dr. Ganesh Natarajan
Co- Founder & Director
Dr Natarajan is a globally recognized leader in India’s technology sector, celebrated as a serial entrepreneur, thought leader, author, and board advisor. With a stellar track record of steering publicly listed companies like Aptech Limited and Zensar Technologies, he has consistently delivered transformative success.
- He is the co-founder of GTT Data Solutions.
- Chairman of Honeywell Automation, EPPS, and Lighthouse Communities Foundation.
- He has held prominent board positions with Social Venture Partners International Seattle and AVPN Singapore
- Chaired SVP India and NASSCOM Foundation.
- A former Chair of NASSCOM.
- He has also played a pivotal role in several national committees.
- Additionally, he is a board member of Educate Girls, Swades Foundation, and Rotary Club of Riverside.
- Demonstrating his commitment to driving impactful change across industries and communities.
Dr. Natarajan’s academic achievements include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from NITIE Mumbai, a PhD from IIT Bombay, and advanced management training at Harvard Business School. His visionary leadership continues to inspire innovation and drive meaningful change across the technology and social impact landscapes.
Dr. Uma Ganesh
Co- Founder & Director
Dr. Uma Ganesh is a dynamic leader with over three decades of experience across Manufacturing, Media, Banking, Education, and IT. Renowned for her expertise in entrepreneurial strategy, skill development, and digital employee management platforms, she co-founded Global Talent Track, positively impacting over one million youth through vocational skill programs.
- She is a Board Director at WHEELS Global Foundation, Emoha, Principal Trustee of GTT Foundation.
- Serves on the board of the Centre for AI and Advanced Analytics.
- Previously, she held key leadership roles as Chief Corporate Development Officer at HSBC and CEO of Zee Education.
Dr. Uma Ganesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi, and a PhD from IIT Bombay, reflecting her commitment to academic and professional excellence, coupled with a steadfast dedication to driving social impact.
Douglas S. Land
Director
Douglas has been a financial and economic consultant for over two decades. He has assisted both public and private firms in all phases of business start-up and growth including feasibility studies, business-plan preparation, equity funding, debt funding, private placements structuring, and initial public offerings.
- A member of the Board of Directors of several client companies.
- He is also the founder of Economic Analysis Group based out of Washington, DC.
- Douglas was formerly an executive of Hambro Resource Development Incorporated.
- An affiliate of Hambros Bank of London, UK.
He has BA in Economics, and an MBA and MA in International Relations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Aamod Wagh

Aamod’s vision centres on creating technology solutions that ensure affordable access to world-class healthcare for individuals across the globe. With decades of global experience in IT services, strategic consulting, and the healthcare sector.
- Aamod is the Co-Founder and CEO of RHEMOS Health, an innovative start-up dedicated to harnessing the power of IoT, healthcare, and wearables.
- Aamod has held CEO positions and has been part of executive management teams in multinational corporations.
- His extensive career has seen him manage diverse teams and operate across various regions, including the US, UK, EMEA, and Australasia.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Aamod is a passionate animal rights activists, actively contributing to the rescue and care of homeless and stray animals.
